TIMELINE OF INJUSTICE

 "Men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,-'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness;' and to 'secure, ' not grant or create, these rights, governments are instituted. It began with the purchase of a piece of what appeared to be lovely property in the fair state of New Mexico.

Put some politicians into the mix, and a local real estate agent, and a closing company (title company) all which would seem to be connected somehow.  Hmmmm, perhaps by a small thing called political donations, the tit for tat syndrome, the You pat my back I'll pat yours syndrome, amongst many other possibilities .

With the Then Defunct Downs of Santa Fe (Race Track) being purchased by the Pojoaque Pueblo with the high hopes of Casino Action, Racing, and concert venues. They are still dealing with a bazillion tons of "horse shit" that needs to be removed. (Me?, I'm still living with the "horse-shit!)and  A portion of which was sold, or some might speculate "given" to other entities to split, obtain permitting, etc, to present to perpspective buyers  as a beautiful subdivision, called Por Su Gracia, in which familys such as mine could live happily ever after.

Ahhhhh, not so, my lot was sold for 60,500.00.  I moved my family in a double wide there, which was supposed to be a lot home package.  In other words one mortgage with one payment for the term of the loan.

Not even 2 weeks there, I began to file complaints with the NM State Mobile home division...and others, the house was not one that I ordered, the house had no carpet, the list was endless.  I also began filing complaints with the NM Attorney Generals office, I had not recieved any closing documents from the Title Company, and even then appeared to me that funds were missing. And I didn't get statments or a payment booklet.

Then the worst, in my ongoing quest for the truth, my two youngest children began chronic illness, Then about 4 months old, and 23 months old, They were taken by ambulance several times, for "blue baby" type symptoms.  My 23 month old, was chronically ill for over a year. Which I believe finally led to her developing septicimia, renal failure, and a multitude of severe conditions...landed her in the hospital for Thanksgiving that year, and I am fortunate that she survived.

I pursued these issues with a vengance, and my discoveries would shock only me!  My property was environmentally assessed at the time of it's division.  The assessment reads that "no human should inhabit this area or within a hundred feet of...."  Well, I lived on it.  It was a landfill.  Permits were issued for the cleanup, however, I was never able to locate the final product of such a permit, which would be an environmental release, at the very least.  Which, one would assume would be a permanent part of county record.

I went around and around with county officials, and state officials.  End Result, nothing! 

Note: To date, as a result of my most current IPRA requests to the County (several depts.) There are NO records, of me ever living, owning, nor holding any mortgage EVER.

End facts:  I had purchased a dump...undisclosed, unremediated, my well, was the only one which served more than one family, but less than 5 familys or 25 people, so did not fall under the Federal drinking water standards.  IMAGINE THAT?

Note: As a result of this 8 year fight and 3 year litigation I have been provided two HUD statements for the same peice of property (THE DUMP), with payoffs to two different individuals...IMAGINE THAT!  and I lost?  Are you KIDDING ME!

My property and the one to the right and the left of me, were the only ones permitted for horses...IMAGINE THAT?

Remember the bazillion tons of "horse shit?"

Please note bazillion is a ficticious measurment to impress on everyone that there was ALOT of "horse shit"!

I almost lost my child but the cover up continues, in my phone calls, etc. the question with water issues and personal injury would be "IS SHE DEAD?" if not we can't help you.  IMAGINE THAT?  In this day in age, when you can turn on the tv and see 3 different ads for personal injury claims for diet pills, or sexual enhancement pills....you don't have to be dead to have a claim there? Is being overweight or not being able to obtain a woody, and then choosing to take harmful drugs to rectify these issues more relevant than drinking water because our bodies depend on it for life and becoming severely, life threatening ill without any knowledge that your water supply is badly tainted with nitrates and traces of radionucleides and uranium.  Especially if your a newborn, and a toddler?

The "guy" involved in the sale of my property was sued by "me", and he gave me the money back on the property (that by now, I knew was illegal) The mortgage company, (now we get to Vanderbilt) was unwilling to re-negotiate the terms of what I will call the false mortage note, to reflect a new piece of property that I was going to purchase in another county.  The plan, pay cash for property, which was half of what the original property was throw X amount back into to mortgage towards principal, move broken double wide and live happily ever after.  NOT.

Now Vanderbilt gets excited because they knew all along that they had no mortage, and no property in origination, JUST AN ILLEGAL LANDFILL.  I unknowingly "fixed" that for them, huh?  AHHHH Did they thank me? 

Mind you I had closed this fraudulent note in JLY 98 its now 2005.  House moved, paying mortgage, Vanderbilt forced lein on new non landfill property.....

Family finally happy, working ma, kids excelling in school, whammy, Vanderbilt seeks opportunity to get their hands on a clean property, begin raising my payments in different amounts think it depended on who was doing the calling that day, calling my employer, and neighbors that I don't even know, harrasing my children on phone...etc. I file complaints to every state entity that I can think of again.  NOTE:  I'm on my fifth or six complaint to the Attorney Generals....Hmmmmm, they have never been able to help me either!  IMAGINE THAT!

 Well, made these increases to Vanderbilt for seven months, without any documentation from them, and mind you never recieving a statment or payment booklet in 8 years...I heard everything from well, it's because your insurance went up, or your property tax went up, to your dog died and we are covering his funeral expenses, (not really!, but you get my point)

In June of 2006 I westerned unioned a payment but only in my regular 8 year long set fixed rate payment, it was placed in an overage account, Vanderbilt claiming it was short....and forclosure began...at this turning point in my life, I said, COME AND GET IT!  I WAS DONE!

 Well, I may have bit my nose off to spite my face however, I am still at it, I will post a few pleadings here for your guidance and also to show the above the law tactics, and the what would be to the naked eye a huge mess with only myself and kids on the losing end, full of politics, unlawful activity, fraud, coverup, conspiracy, embezzelment, missappropriation of funds...

and here I will add In 2002, Vanderbilt forges my name and applies to the State of New Mexico for Title for this mobile home, this is 4 years after I closed and purchased this God forsaken box.  My birthdate shown is 01-01-1901, dang, no wonder I find it hard to read this! although, many of these agencies that I will link for you did not and are unwilling to help me, they may help you....and there is power in numbers, if you find yourself in any adverse position with Vanderbilt, or any other company....Vanderbilt exhibits very public tactics....COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN!!!!

DO NOT GIVE UP, AND KEEP RECORDS AND RECIEPTS.

VANDERBILTS ATTORNEYS FOR WHAT I WILL ASSUME IS THE SOUTHWEST REGION ARE FULL OF ANTICS ALL WHICH CAN BE BEAT...BE ON YOUR TOES, AND BEAT THEM AT THEIR OWN GAME...What also surprises me is in the pleadings that I have found online in other states, from Vanderbilt and produced by their attorneys for similar situations as mine, are all pretty much the same, they win repeatedly against the public, by simply copying and pasting, and changing names and addressess!  OOOOOO, the scary three hundred dollar an hour attorneys, can copy and paste...."IMAGINE THAT"!

Why is it that only the "ones" with everything to lose either do all the research and take the time to read , implore, explore, investigate, and do the math? I had always been under the impression that the feilds of practice which I go up against alone these days were of the most educated and had to be the most human and unprejudiced and "fair", however, I believe now after seeing and living it first hand that as children we are led to believe this, the media tells us this, it's what we KNOW.  It's just not true,  Good thing my enchanted bubble burst when my dad passed away, because the last three years should have killed me,  Maybe the Courts, District, Appeals, etc. are just too busy , maybe, I just lost importance like many other of you, maybe they just don't give a crap, maybe they have something to hide as well.

Well, it is now August 13, 2010.  I lost the ship but have not ended the battle, I am currently forced to rent, never had a fair trial in Federal Court.  Now threatend by county for evasion of property tax.  Property tax that Vanderbilt says they paid out of my escrow account with them, causing my payment to increase, beginning in 2006.

I'm not sure where I will turn next or what I might do at this point, I do know that quitting all together is not an option.
